What are the Different Styles of Vapes
The types of vapes typically belong to two categories—mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung. Recently, however, manufacturers released another kind: the restricted-direct-to-lung, which sits nicely between the MTL and the DTL.

Read on to know which vape styles work best for you.

  1. Mouth-to-Lung: If you want to mimic the experience of smoking, the MTL is ideal for you. Essentially, you puff the vapour before it enters your lungs. Among the vape styles, this one is suited for beginners since it resembles lighting a cigarette. The coil resistance is typically 1 ohm or over, producing smaller amounts of vapour. So, you must buy e-liquids with a propylene glycol ratio of 50%. Otherwise, your gadget will struggle to vaporise the liquid.

  1. Direct-to-Lung: DTL types of vape devices are also known as “sub-ohms.” As the name suggests, you will inhale the e-cig vapour directly into your lungs, like taking a breath. More advanced users typically prefer the DTL since it produces copious amounts of vapour. Nevertheless, neophytes can still try the entry-level kits if they want to skip MTL and jump straight to the DTL. These are called sub-ohms because their coils feature resistance below 1 ohm. As a result, the coil vapourises the e-liquid at higher temperatures, creating warmer and denser smoke.

  1. Restricted-Direct-to-Lung: The RDTL vape styles have become popular in recent years since they offer the best of both worlds. The slim appearance is closer to vape pen style kits, so carrying them anywhere is easier. The popularity coincided with the prevalence of the pod kits, which couldn’t match DTL vaping but featured more powerful batteries than MTL. As a result, the market created a distinct niche by targeting individuals who wanted to veer away from DTL but couldn’t entirely switch to MTL. In addition, beginners seem to transition better by trying out the RDTL pod kits first if they feel that the MTL vape pen style kits no longer match their needs.

Since you already know the underhood, you can now select the styles of vapes that suit your lifestyle. There’s a glut of vape kits in the market, so it can be overwhelming to choose one. However, regardless of the brand, they fall into four major types:

  • E-cigarettes: These devices are discreet and similar to traditional cigarettes, making them ideal for beginners.

  • Pod kits: These types have become popular since they are simple to use and feature a battery, creating more vapour than e-cigs.

  • Box kits: The box-shaped gadget contains a battery and other components, like a removable tank. You can customise the vaping device according to your preferred taste.

  • Vape pens: Vape pen style kits contain a battery and a tank. They are compact and offer a more personalised experience than e-cigarettes.

Experiment with the different vape styles if you are serious about this kind of lifestyle. While some people are lucky enough to find the perfect fit on the first try, it takes some trial and error to find the best fit for you.

E-cigarettes Effectivity Doubles the Impact of Nicotine-Replacement Therapy (NR-T) on Smoking Cessation

One of the gifts of e cigarettes, aside from amusement, is sparing traditional smokers time, money, and effort to undergo an NR-T. If you think it's a wild claim and unrealistic, your cynicism can go away since there are various studies already agreeing with the thesis. A recent study from the New England Journal of Medicine states that traditional smokers find it more helpful and more satisfactory to use e-cigarettes than NR-T products for smoking cessation. This study has been notably verified and corroborated by the Cancer Research UK ( CRUK ), adding some data that there is a beneficial impact from e-cig that NR-T can't provide quickly. Nicotine-Replacement Products that are less effective than e-cigs are as follows: ·     Nicotine patches ·     Gums ·     Lozenges ·     Nasal sprays ·     Inhalers ·     Mouth strips ·     Microtabs As you can see, these products are incredibly disposable and are incrementally expensive relative to their level of di
